Over the next 8 week Candice Bodington aka Candibod will be taking you through a careful structured workout program that assists in burning stubborn fat and leans out your entire physique. Integrating this program consistently into your lifestyle wont just transform you physically, but will hopefully change how you view exercise entirely.


Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday you will be completing either a cardio, toning or strength workout for 40 minutes which includes a warm up and cool down. These workouts have been carefully structured to burn stubborn fat, detoxify your system with intense sweaty circuits and promote digestion through functional movements and help tone your over all physique.
