In this 2-part workshop you will be introduced to the heart of this unique practice and develop a basic understanding behind its ancient philosophy and benefits of the practice. In Part Two we delve into the first half of primary series, focusing on correct entry and exit from each pose including the traditional Sanskrit count, alignment and modifications. This workshop is a foundation for a safe and conscious practice to connect to your own embodied intelligence.
